Out of the loins of the divine feminine came the Heavens, the earth (Orun and Aye), and the vast abyss that comprises the seven levels of the Hells. 

Centuries later, almost as an afterthought, seven mystical divides, one for each continent, came into being, separating the inhabitants of earth from the spirit world. 

A band of half-breed black angels, known as Nephilim, all of them cursed by God, feared by man, and hunted by demons, became its official gatekeepers. They subsequently coined the mystical divides “The Dark Veil” and made it their sanctuary.
